For the past 25 years, as an educator and administrator in education, I have seen parents, grandparents, and children struggle due to the stresses of academic, work, and social expectations today. With the onset of Covid and distance learning, these stressors became multiplied. I longed to find a way to help them work through these life challenges, and through my research, I found this amazing technology. Cereset has allowed my family to live a happier, calmer, and more balanced life. My family has more energy, better-focused thinking, memory, and renewed resilience in facing the stresses in our world.
